As a Junior in 2001
Competed in each of the team's eight meets...was second on the team seven times...ran a career-best time of 27:55 and placed 21st on October 27th at the Midwest Conference Championship Meet...ran three of the 15 fastest times in school history...earned Academic All-Midwest Conference honors...earned third varsity letter.

As a Sophomore in 2000
Competed in each of the team's eight meets...was the team's top runner twice...set new career-best times in each of the final three meets of the year, including a 28:19 on November 11th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championship...placed 31st at the Midwest Conference Championahip Meet...earned Academic All-Midwest Conference honors...earned second varsity letter.

As a Freshman in 1999
Ran extensively over the summer in preparation for the season...Only Forester to run all 10 races...Voted team's Most Valuable Performer...Set school freshman record with 559 runners beat in a season...He and teammate Rob Bahde became the third and fourth Foresters to break 30 minutes in their first collegiate 8K race...Top Forester in each of last seven races of the season.
