Lake Forest College Cross Country  News & Notes March 1, 1999  Contact:  Scott Rucker, SID  For Immediate Release   THREE FORESTER XC RUNNERS NAMED ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICANS      The Division III Cross Country Coaches Association has named Lake Forest's Jennifer McGuire, Charles Evans and Joe Zemaitis Academic All-Americans.  It is the first time in the program's history that a Lake Forest cross country athlete has received such an honor.       Zemaitis was the top finisher for the Foresters at the regional meet, finishing the 8-kilometer race in 28:08.60, good enough for 126th place.  Evans recorded a time of 30:18.90 and a 175th place finish.  As a team, the Forester men took 25th place.  McGuire finished the 5-kilometer women's race in 21:25.20 and in 149th place.       Qualifications for the award include participation in the regional meet and a grade point average of 3.50 or above.
