up in Cincinnati, Ohio, Eileen attended Mother of Mercy High School.
A YMCA National Qualifier in swimming, she was also in the Honors Society
and was on the Dean's List.
Entering Lake Forest in 1982, she went on to earn four letters in swimming. Eileen was a four-time NCAA Division III National Qualifier and was a two-time All-American. A member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, an honorary economics group, she was also and Orientation Leader and an Lake Forest College Ambassador. Graduating with a degree in business and economics, Eileen became the office manager of two offices at Star Bank N.A. In 1997, she was promoted to assistant vice president at Star Bank N.A.
