Keith Hanson Named Third Team All-West Region by D3football.com
Senior intercepted six passes on the season

 Keith Hanson intercepted six passes this season.
LAKE FOREST, IL – D3football.com released its All-West Region Teams Thursday (December 8) and Lake Forest College’s Keith Hanson (Fairfax, VA/Vermont Academy) was a third team selection.

Hanson, a senior cornerback, led Lake Forest and the Midwest Conference with six interceptions this season, despite missing one game due to injury. He was also tied for 16th in the nation in interceptions per contest. In addition, Hanson ranked sixth on the team with 49 tackles and blocked three field goals on the year. He was also the Foresters’ primary punt returner for the third straight season.

Hanson was named First Team All-Midwest Conference on November 16, Forester Athlete of the Week on October 13, MWC Defensive Performer of the Week on October 10. He was also selected as a National Player of the Week by Don Hanson’s Football Gazette on October 11.
