Don Lackey threw for the third-highest yardage total in Lake Forest College history.
LAKE FOREST, IL -  Lake Forest College sophomore quarterback Don Lackey (Lindenhurst, IL/Antioch) was named the Midwest Conference Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Foresters' 28-14 victory at Beloit College on Saturday (September 29th).

Lackey completed 26 of 41 pass attempts for 339 yards and three touchdowns. He connected with eight different receivers and the 339 yards is the highest by a Forester signal-caller in 18 years. It is also the third-highest yardage total in the program's 120-year history.

In three games this season, the first-year starter has completed 48 of 82 passes for a completion percentage of 58.5%. He has passed for 574 yards and thrown for five touchdowns against just three interceptions. His pass efficiency rating is 130.14.
