Lake Forest held Monmouth to just 205 yards of total offense, including -4 on the ground. Krabel and the rest of the Foresters have allowed just 66.1 yards rushing per game this season, more than 20 yards better than the current school record. Of Krabel's nine tackles on Saturday, six occurred behind the line of scrimmage, tying a school record set by Josh Clark in 1998. Krabel is tied for second on the team in tackles this season with 50 and alone in second with 12 tackles for loss. His 3.5 sacks on the afternoon gave him a team-high 5.5 for the season and his second interception of the year tied him with four others for the team-lead. Krabel is the third member of the Forester linebacker corps to receive MWC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
