Lake Forest senior Sabrina Zamora, a handball player from Joshua Tree, CA, has been selected as the Forester Athlete of the Week. Zamora, playing in the final collegiate tournament of her career, reached the finals of both the Women's Open Singles and Doubles brackets at the I.H.S.A. Intercollegiates in Springfield, MO last weekend (Feb. 17-20). By reaching the finals, Zamora was deemed an All-American in both singles and doubles. It was the fourth and fifth All-America distinctions of her career. Zamora reached the finals in both singles and doubles last year and was a singles semifinalist as a sophomore. 

The Lake Forest College Athletic Department selects the Forester Athletes of the Week each Thursday.
