Against Bethel, the Foresters jumped out to an early lead with three scores in the first period. Sophomore forward Robin Charest (Cabano, Quebec/Coaticooh Jr. A) got his third of the season less than four minutes into the contest. Junior forward Bryan O'Connor (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Canucks) returned from injury and scored his first of 2002-03 just two minutes later and senior David Evans (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Royals) netted his team-leading 10th at the 18:10 mark. O'Connor lit the lamp again three minutes and 40 seconds into the second period. After Bethel scored its only goal of the game at 9:14, junior forward Adrian Wong (Richmond, British Columbia/Fernee Ghostwriters) restored the Foresters' four-goal advantage at the 13:50 mark with his first of the season. Sophomore forward Andrew Francone (Unionville, Ontario/Milton Merchants) scored his seventh of the year 7:25 into the third period and freshman forward Tyler Steen (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Royals) got his second just 17 seconds later. Sophomore forward Dave Williams (Thornhill, Ontario/ Thornhill Rattlers) closed out the scoring with 10:19 remaining with his fourth goal of 2002-03. Senior forward Matt Bruni (Unionville, Ontario/Aurora Tigers) recorded three assists in the contest while Evans, freshman forward Cory Wilson (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Royals), and sophomore forward Ryan Scapinello (Guelph, Ontario/Stratford Callitons) each had two. Sophomore goaltender Cody Brown (Calgary, Alberta/Calgary Canucks) registered 36 saves to raise his record to 4-2-0. At Hamline, Wong scored his second of the season and O'Connor his third to give Lake Forest a 2-0 lead after one period. Evans and Bruni recorded assists on Wong's score and Wilson was credited with the lone assist on O'Connor's. Hamline's Mike Johnson scored once in the second and once in the third to tie the score. Both teams put three shots on goal in overtime, but were unable to score. The Foresters will host UW-Stevens Point (5-6-0, 3-3-0 NCHA) in a non-conference game on Tuesday (December 10) at 7:30 p.m. It will be the team's final game of the fall semester. Friday's
