Robin Charest's four-goal weekend earned him Player of the Week honors.
LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College men's hockey player Robin Charest (Cabano, QC/Hebron Academy) was named Northern Collegiate Hockey Association Player of the Week Monday (February 2) for his contributions to the Foresters' three wins during the last seven days.

Charest dished out an assist early in the second period of Lake Forest's 6-2 win at the Milwaukee School of Engineering on Tuesday (January 27).

In a 3-0 blanking of UW-Eau Claire at home on Friday (January 30), the junior scored the game's first goal in the fourth minute of the opening period and notched his second goal of the contest 39 seconds into the third.

On Saturday (January 31) Lake Forest defeated UW-Stevens Point 5-1 and Charest scored a pair of second-period goals. His first came at the 6:57 mark and was his second game-winning goal of the weekend. The second came on the power play with exactly one minute remaining in the period and put the Foresters ahead 4-0.

The victories moved Lake Forest into fourth place in the NCHA with a 5-4-1 league record.

Charest leads the team with a dozen goals and 25 points this season. The junior is tied for sixth in the conference in goals, 11th in assists, and fifth in points during league play.

The NCHA Player of the Week is selected by the league's sports information director.
