Scott Campbell Named Forester Athlete of the Week Again
Junior recorded 50 saves in a shutout performance

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Lake Forest College men’s hockey player Scott Campbell (Bloomfield, Ont./Elmira Sugar Kings) was named Forester Athlete of the Week Thursday (February 7) for his performance in a 2-0 victory at the College of St. Scholastica the previous Friday (February 1).

Campbell, a junior goaltender, stopped all 50 of the Saints’ shots on goal to earn his first career shutout. The save total was a career-high and the most ever recorded by a Forester during a shutout performance.

Campbell raised his save percentage on the season to .920, the 16th-best mark in the nation.

Forester Athletes of the Week are selected by the Athletic Department on Thursdays. Campbell also earned the award on January 10.
