McClure, 6-2, 200-pound junior defenseman, played in all 26 games for Lake Forest and recorded 5 goals and 8 assists. Three of his goals came on the power play.

Bruni, a 5-10, 190-pound freshman forward, led the Foresters in scoring and goals scored with 30 points and 15 goals. He also notched the second-highest assist total (15) on the squad. Eight of Bruni's goals came on the power play, one was short-handed goal, and he had one game-winning goal.

Lake Forest finished the 1999-2000 season with a 15-11-0 overall record, the team's best finish since the 1990-91 season.
