Lloyd G. Roberts '35
Growing up in Crystal Lake, Illinois, Lloyd attended Crystal Lake High School.  He was elected basketball captain his junior year and football's Most Valuable Player for his senior year.

While at Lake Forest, he won athletic honors in football, track and basketball.  He excelled at football and captured the Clayton Mark Trophy for Most Valuable Player his junior and senior years.  A member of Digamma Alpha Upsilon, Lloyd was also involved with the L.F. Club, Intramural Board, International Relations Club, and acted as Prom Chairman.

After graduating from Lake Forest with a political science degree, Lloyd became a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve, assistant to the chief Naval statistics and procurement officer and Executive Officer on the U.S.S. Naifeh DE-352.  He settled in Hendersonville, North Carolina and became Regional Manager for Litton Industries.
