Jurecko started all 22 games for the Foresters and led the team in scoring (13.9 points per game) and rebounding (8.9 rebounds per game). He connected on 50% (126/252) of his field goal attempts and also added a team-high 19 blocks. 

Jurecko was a First Team All-Midwest Conference selection this season after helping the Foresters win the school's first-ever outright conference title with a perfect 16-0 record. Lake Forest finished the 1999-2000 season with a 17-6 overall mark.
