Latest Poll Has Foresters Ranked 12th in the Nation
Highest ranking in school history

Head Coach Chris Conger has the Foresters off to their best start since the 1976-77 season.
LAKE FOREST, IL - The Lake Forest College men's basketball team continues to gain respect at the national level as the latest D3Hoops.com rankings place them 12th in the country. The same poll listed the Foresters 19th a week ago.

The #12 ranking is the highest in Lake Forest College school history. The previous high was two weeks ago when the squad was listed as the 16th-best in Division III.

The team features a balanced attack, with a different leading scorer in each of their six games this season. Seven players are scoring between 9.1 and 12.5 points per game and five have pulled down at least 5.0 rebounds per contest. The Foresters have out-rebounded their opponent in every game so far this year.

At 6-0, Lake Forest is enjoying their best start since the 1976-77 season when they won their first seven games. This year's Foresters will try to match that feat tonight when they travel to NCAA Division II Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL.
