Midwest Conference men's basketball teams will enter the second half of the league season this week, with Lake Forest College holding a commanding lead on second-place Ripon.

The Forester (8-0) will travel to St. Norbert (4-4) on Tuesday and will host Carroll (5-4) on Friday.

Ripon (5-2) will play Beloit (3-5) on Tuesday and is at Knox (4-3) on Friday.

Last week, LFC beat Knox 76-58 and Beloit 88-68 while Ripon beat Knox 77-61 and Illinois College 78-65.
