Dan Carver Selected Third Team All-Midwest Region
Lake Forest's top scorer is only freshman amongst the three teams 

LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College men's soccer player Dan Carver (Deerfield, IL/Deerfield) has been named to the All-Midwest Region Third Team by the National Soccer Coaches Association of American and Adidas. Of the 36 players honored, Carver was the only freshman to be selected.

In 14 games played, Carver led Lake Forest with 13 goals and 29 points (13 goals, 3 assists). He also added four game-winning goals (also tops on the team). Carver finished second in the Midwest Conference for scoring with 21 points (10, 1) and was named First Team All-Conference. 

Carver led Lake Forest to a 12-6-0 overall record and an 8-1-0 MWC mark (second place).
