Foresters Fall 2-0 to Visiting Aurora University
Two more non-conference games before stretch run

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – The Lake Forest College men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Aurora University at home on Thursday (October 9). The Foresters fell to 3-9-0 on the season while the Spartans raised their record to 7-6-0.

Aurora took the lead in the game's 20th minute. The visitors then doubled their advantage with 4:02 remaining in the first half and neither team was able to score in the final 45 minutes.

Lake Forest sophomore goalkeeper Tom Biesiada (Grayslake, Ill./Grayslake Central) recorded eight saves in the contest.

The Foresters will travel to Elmhurst College next Friday (October 17) for a 4:00 game and will host another non-conference game against Carthage College the following Sunday (October 19) at 2:30 p.m. Lake Forest's final four contests of the regular season be be against fellow Midwest Conference members.
