Lake Forest College Men's Tennis  News & Notes April 8, 1999                                                                            Contact:  Scott Rucker, SID  For Immediate Release GUERIN WILLIAMS NAMED FORESTER ATHLETE OF THE WEEK      Men's tennis player Guerin Williams, a junior from Chicago, IL (St. Ignatius College Prep High School), went 2-0 in singles action and 2-0 in doubles play last week and was named the Forester Athlete of the Week.  Williams, playing from the No. 6 singles slot, lost only three games in his two singles wins - 6-1, 6-1 over Illinois Wesleyan on Tuesday and 6-1, 6-0 over Millikin on Wednesday.  In doubles action versus Illinois Wesleyan, he teamed with Ray Ro at No. 3 to win 8-2.  The following day he paired with Dave Kelly at No. 2 and won 8-3.  He was the only Forester to win all four of his matches for the two days.       The Lake Forest College Athletic Department selects the Forester Athlete of the Week.
