FORESTERS SWEEP TWO CONFERENCE MATCHES OVER THE WEEKEND
     Lake Forest put themselves in the driver's seat in the Midwest Conference South Division with wins over divisional foes Knox (5-2 on Saturday) and Illinois College (4-0 on Sunday).  The Foresters are now 2-0 in MWC and 5-2 overall.  Their two losses came versus Division I opponents during their Spring Break trip to Arizona.  The only other South Division competition for the Foresters is an April 18th home match with Grinnell.  The top two teams qualify for the Conference Team Championships. 
    Lake Forest picked up singles wins by Shane Bell at No. 2, Jacob Wert at No. 3, Ray Ro at No. 4, Courtney Barr at No. 5 and Guerin Williams at No. 6.  Wert and Barr teamed up at No. 2 Doubles and picked up the Foresters only win in doubles competition. 
     On Sunday, Lake Forest played a shortened indoor match with Illinois College.  Kelly, Bell, Wert and Barr picked up singles wins, while Williams and Mike Bjurlin won at No. 1 Doubles.
