Pinsonneault, a junior outfielder, started the week with a base hit in two at-bats in a game one loss at North Central College last Thursday (April 9). The hit, a double, was the first extra base hit of her career. She also pinch-ran in Lake Forest’s 11-7 win in game two of the doubleheader. On Friday (April 10) the Foresters dropped a pair of games to visiting Robert Morris College. Pinsonneault had a base hit in each contest and drove in her first run of her career in game one. The Foresters split a doubleheader at home against Illinois College on Wednesday (April 15). In the team’s 6-2 loss in the opener, Pinsonneault was 2-for-2 with a double, walk, and run scored. She was then 2-for-3 three with a double, triple, two runs scored and four RBI in game two. She batted .636 (7-for-11) on the week with three doubles, a triple, three runs scored, and five driven in. She also posted a 1.091 slugging percentage and .667 on-base percentage. Forester Athletes of the Week are selected by the Athletic Department on Thursdays. Other Forester Athletes of the Week
