Erin Watts Shares Midwest Conference Performer of the Week Honors
Sophomore batted .636 with four runs scored and seven RBI on the week 
  

Erin Watts leads the Foresters in numerous categories.
LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College softball player Erin Watts (Evergreen Park, IL/Evergreen Park) was named Co-Midwest Conference Performer of the Week Tuesday (April 19) for her performance in the previous seven days.

Watts batted 1-for-3 on Wednesday (April 13) and played in just one of two Forester losses at North Central College.

On Saturday, the sophomore outfielder was 3-for-4 in both games of a doubleheader sweep of conference rival Monmouth College. She had two doubles, a home run, two runs scored and a career-high six RBI in the opener, an 11-3 Forester win. She scored two more runs and drove in yet another in game two’s 4-1 triumph.

For the week Watts batted .636 (7-for-11) with two doubles, a home run, four runs scored and seven driven in. She raised her team-high batting average on the season to .449.
