Lake Forest College Softball  News & Notes March 18, 1999  Contact:  Scott Rucker, SID  For Immediate Release  SISKA BATS .429 IN FLORIDA, SELECTED AS FORESTER AOW      Karen Siska, a first baseman for the Lake Forest softball team, has been selected as the Forester Athlete of the Week.  The senior from Evergreen Park, IL (Mother McAuley High School) collected 9 hits in her 21 at bats during the Foresters' recent Spring Break trip to Florida.  Siska also added three runs scored, two runs batted in, and a double for the week.  During the Foresters back-to-back victories over Heidelberg (8-2) and Haverford (5-4), Siska went a combined 5 for 7 at the plate and scored three runs.  Lake Forest finished the trip, which was their first action of the season, with a 2-6 record.       The Lake Forest College Athletic Department selects the Forester Athlete of the Week.
