Kendall Swett Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Sophomore diver won twice and set a school and pool record

Swett now owns the six-dive school record in both events.
LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College diver Kendall Swett (Akron, OH/Hawken) was named Forester Athlete of the Week Thursday (January 19) for her performance at the Hope College Quadrangular the previous Saturday (January 14).

Swett, a sophomore, won both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions at the meet with scores of 285.35 and 287.50, respectively. Both marks exceeded the NCAA National Meet qualifying standards and her scores off the lower board broke both the Holland Aquatic Center pool and Lake Forest College school records for six dives.

Swett earned All-American honors last season and has posted the highest six dive scores off both boards in the Midwest Conference so far this year.

The Forester Athlete of the Week is chosen by the Athletic Department on Thursdays. It was the second such honor of Swett’s career.
