Maggie Rezac Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Junior diver earns award for third time in career

LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Lake Forest College diver Maggie Rezac (Omaha, Neb./Marian) was named Forester Athlete of the Week Thursday (November 23) for her performance in a double-dual meet at the University of Chicago the previous Saturday (November 18).

Rezac, a junior, won both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competition with scores higher than the National Meet-qualifying marks set forth by the NCAA. She posted a career-high 271.45 off the lower board and a season-best 263.40 in the 3-meter event. The runners-up had 181.75 and 180.50 points, respectively.

She was also named Midwest Conference Performer of the Week on Tuesday.

Forester Athletes of the Week are selected by the Athletic Department on Thursdays. Rezac also earned the award twice as a freshman.
