The Forester Swimming and Diving Program
The history of the Lake Forest swimming and diving program is filled with tradition and success. Forester teams have claimed eight Midwest Conference championships in the last 13 years and individual Foresters hold more than half of the conference records. Second-year head coach Dan Shelley believes that continued success at both the conference and national level is dependant on the performance and dedication of each and every athlete on the team. “We strive to be as individualized as possible with our training and it is our expectation that all of our swimmers and divers will achieve lifetime bests during each year they are here.”
