FRANTZ NAMED MWC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
For the third time this season, Lake Forest's
Sarah Frantz has been named the Midwest
Conference South Division Player of the Week. The 5-10 junior setter
from Lake Geneva, WI (Badger High School) averaged 13.4 assists per game
(121 total), compiled a 98 percent serving percentage, and served up 13
aces as Lake Forest won its second MWC Championship in the past three years
and earned their first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Foresters
did not lose a game in three matches at the MWC Tourney and earned an automatic
berth into the NCAA Tournament with their conference title.
