Carthage Hands Lake Forest Third Straight Loss 
Visitors struggle in Kenosha, WI

KENOSHA, WI - The Forester volleyball team was defeated at Carthage College Tuesday (October 15) in three games (30-19, 30-24, 30-23). The non-Midwest Conference loss is the third straight for Lake Forest, whose overall record falls to 13-10. The Foresters remain 4-3 in league play.

Junior Jenna Harper (St. Louis, MO/Clayton) led Lake Forest with ten kills but was held without a block for the first time this season. DeAnna Bauer (Naperville, IL/Naperville North) tallied a team-high 14 assists and Amy Krueger (Tinley Park, IL/Andrew) led the squad with 13 digs.

The Foresters will be looking to end their three-match skid at home against Knox College on Friday (October 18). The match is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. Lake Forest is a perfect 7-0 this season in the Sports Center and 11-2 all-time against Knox.
