WHITEWATER, WI - The Lake Forest College volleyball completed the non-conference portion of its regular season schedule Tuesday (October 29) with a three-game loss at UW-Whitewater (30-17, 30-24, 30-15). Whitewater was tied for sixth place in the latest Division III national rankings. The Foresters' record falls to 17-12 this season while Whitewater raised its mark to 28-4.

Junior Jenna Harper (St. Louis, MO/Clayton) led the Foresters with eight kills. She also added a pair of aces and one block, leaving her one short of becoming the fourth Forester to ever record 100 in a single season.

Sophomore Amy Krueger (Tinley Park, IL/Andrew) had six kills in the match and contributed a team-high 16 digs. Freshman Meghan Miller (Williams Bay, WI/Williams Bay) added 14 digs for the visitors.

Lake Forest will play the final match of its regular season schedule Saturday (November 2) at home against Grinnell College (1:00 p.m.). The Foresters and Pioneers are each 5-3 in Midwest Conference play. With a victory over Grinnell, Lake Forest could be seeded as high as fourth at the MWC Championship Tournament the following weekend (November 8-9). A loss could drop the Foresters as low as sixth.
