Jenni Klusman Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Senior captain scored career high in two consecutive MWC games
  

Jenni Klusman averaged 16.5 points to lead the Foresters to two Midwest Conference wins.
LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College women's basketball player Jenni Klusman (New Berlin, WI/ New Berlin West) was named the Forester Athlete of the Week for leading her team to two Midwest Conference wins in the last week.

In Friday's 85-73 victory at Beloit College, Klusman scored a career-high 16 points on 5-of-12 shooting, with every attempt coming from behind the 3-point arc. She did one better Saturday, January 12, scoring 17 points in an exciting triple overtime win over Ripon College (88-76). Klusman reached that total by shooting 5-of-8 from the floor, including 4-of-7 from 3-point range, and hitting 3 free throws in 4 attempts. She shot 47.4% from 3-point range for the two games, and contributed 6 rebounds and 5 assists.

For the season Klusman is the team's third leading scorer at 9.1 points per game, and is second in steals and free throw shooting percentage (77.3%).  She currently leads the Midwest Conference in 3-point field goals made with 2.67 per game.
