The junior guard was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Forester Tip-Off Tournament, which Lake Forest won, over weekend (November 19-20) and also helped the Foresters to a 92-68 win over visiting Illinois Wesleyan on Tuesday (November 23rd). 

In the Foresters season opening win over Aurora (85-68) during the Tip-Off Tournament semifinals, Grubbs tallied 10 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals. The following day, she scored 19 points on 7 of 12 shooting versus Judson. She also added 6 assists during the championship contest, in which LF prevailed 77-66.

In the blowout win over Illinois Wesleyan, Grubbs knocked in 9 of 10 free throws in route to her 16-point night. She also contributed 8 assists, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals.
