Robyn Slater Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Junior scored seven goals on the weekend

***Robyn Slater was named Forester Athlete of the Week for her seven-goal performance in two victories.***

LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest women's hockey player Robyn Slater (Granite City, IL) was named the Forester Athlete of the Week for her dominating performance last weekend in two home victories over Hamline University.

Slater scored seven of the team's eight goals in the 4-1 and 4-3 wins. Her three goals on Friday (November 9th) gave her and the program their first-ever hat trick, and her fourth goal on Saturday (November 10th) was the game-winner in overtime.

The offensive onslaught by Slater also earned her honors as Player of the Week in the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association and Offensive Player of the Week by U.S. College Hockey Online.

The Forester Athlete of the Week is chosen by the Athletic Department on Thursdays.
