Slinden scored for the Falcons just 20 seconds later to put them back on top by one.

After a 41-minute stretch of scoreless hockey, the Foresters tied the score on Blegen's ninth goal of the year and second of the game. It was the freshman's third multi-goal game of the season. Freshman forward Catherine Norton (South Boston, MA/Phillips Andover Academy) was credited with the assist, her team-leading fourth of 2002-03.
