Alli Berry
DE PERE, Wis. - The Forester women’s tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision at St. Norbert College Friday (September 14) evening and fell to 4-1 on the season. The Green Knights now have two wins and as many losses on the year.

The only victory for Lake Forest came at number one singles where senior Alli Berry (Plymouth, Minn./Robbinsdale Armstrong) raised her record on the year to 5-0 with a 6-2, 6-1 triumph. It was her 36th career win at that spot in the lineup, one shy of the school record at any one position set by Brittany Richardson ’06 at number two singles.

The Foresters will host Benedictine University Monday (September 17) afternoon at 3:30 and Carroll College at the same time the following day. The team will also travel to Beloit College Wednesday (September 19) for a 3:00 match.
