FRANTZ SETS HER WAY TO FORESTER ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
The Lake Forest College Athletic Department has
named Lake Forest volleyball player Sarah
Frantz (Lake Geneva, WI/Badger High School) the Forester Athlete of
the Week. Frantz helped the Foresters to two Midwest Conference wins last
week - 3-1 at Grinnell on Saturday and 3-0 at home vs. Monmouth on Tuesday.
Versus Grinnell, Frantz broke the Lake Forest record for assists in a four-game
match with 65 assists. She added 35 assists in the match with Monmouth.
This Athlete of the Week honor was the second of the week for Frantz. On
Monday, she was named the Midwest Conference Player of the Week. The Foresters
are currently 10-5 overall, 2-0 in the MWC, and riding a six-match winning
streak. |
