TRC Hardware 2007
Two PCs and one Mac station are available for video editing, including converting miniDV and VHS tape to digital format, and DVD burning. Please consult staff sitting at these stations when you need to edit video. The other six stations each have a scanner attached, including two feed scanners as well as film and slide scanners. All equipment is available on a walk-in basis, but to guarantee access to one of the video stations and staff support, there is a sign-up sheet.
Headsets, card readers, and other peripherals are available for in-room use on a check-out basis. Please turn in your I.D. and have a staff member fill out the equipment sign-out sheet for what you are borrowing.
The following is a list of hardware currently owned by the TRC. You can use this diagram to determine which computers have a specific hardware. Each computer in the TRC is assigned a number that can be used to identify it.
