GREEN BAY, WI - The Lake Forest College cross country teams continued to improve Saturday (November 2) in the Midwest Conference Championship Meet, hosted by St. Norbert College at Colburn Park in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Forester men placed fifth, their best finish ever, while the women took home eighth place.

St. Norbert came out on top in the women's team competition with 54 points. Senior Kat McCauley (Golden Valley, MN/St. John's) and freshman D'Ann Dalros (Colorado Springs, CO, Rampart) also ran career-bests while senior Molly Sutherland (St. Paul, MN/Visitation) and sophomore Olga Mikhaylov (Chicago, IL/Stevenson) posted their fastest times this season.

On the men's side, Grinnell claimed their 16th title in the last 17 years with just 24 points.
