Coaching Staff  During his time at the University of Dubuque, Lettenberger had a hand in all aspects of the program and served as Assistant Varsity and Head Junior Varsity Coach. In his two seasons, he helped lead the Spartans to back-to-back winning seasons for the first time in 18 years. Justin was responsible for running the film exchange program, developing promotional materials, scouting, recruiting, and designing camp brochures. On the floor he specialized in perimeter player development. In his two years, Lettenberger helped develop two First Team All-IIAC players and two Honorable Mention All-IIAC players. While at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Lettenberger played under the direction of Bo Ryan and Bruce Pearl from 1999-2003. As a walk-on, Justin saw extensive action in 98 games and made 17 starts over his four year career. His senior season the team finished 24-8 and advanced to the 2003 NCAA Division 1 Men's Basketball Tournament. Following his collegiate career, Lettenberger spent the 2003-04 season as a student assistant coach on Bruce Pearl's staff at UW-Milwaukee and assisted with scouting of opponents, player workouts, and sending out recruiting information. Following graduation, he played one season of professional basketball in Dachau, Germany where he helped lead the Dachau Spurs to a second place finish in the Regionalliga League and was voted league MVP by the coaches after averaging 26 points and six rebounds a game. Lettenberger is a Manitowoc, Wisconsin native, who earned his bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2004 and holds a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque.

The 2009-2010 season will be the first for Forester assistant coach Justin Lettenberger, who completed his graduate assistantship at the University of Dubuque in Dubuque, Iowa in 2009.
