Loss at St. Norbert Drops Lake Forest to 2-2 in Conference
Foresters will play twice at Lawrence on Saturday

DE PERE, Wis. - The Forester volleyball team was defeated 25-10, 25-13, 25-13 at St. Norbert College Wednesday night (October 15). Lake Forest is now 5-16 overall this season and 2-2 in Midwest Conference play. The Green Knights raised their overall record to 22-2 with their sixth win in as many league contests.

Leading the Foresters in kills was sophomore Mandi Mulliner (Elmhurst, Ill./York) with five. Senior Ashleigh Martinez (Chula Vista, Calif./Hilltop) had six assists and classmate Lisa Sturgill (Sheboygan, Wis./Sheboygan South) finished with a dozen digs.

The Foresters will continue Midwest Conference play at Lawrence University at 1:00 Saturday afternoon (October 18). Lake Forest will then face Edgewood College at 3:00. A live video webcast of the Lawrence match will be available at www.midwestconference.tv.
