Angela Lagerman Named Forester Athlete of the Week
Junior Middle Blocker Stuffs Her Way to LF Honor 

LAKE FOREST, IL - Volleyball player Angela Lagerman (Menomonee Falls, WI/Menomonee Falls), a junior middle blocker, has been named the Forester Athlete of the Week for the week of September 21-27. 

Lagerman helped Lake Forest College to a pair of four-game wins last week. During a 15-8, 15-11, 10-15, 15-11 win over Judson College last Thursday (September 21st), Lagerman recorded nine kills with just one error in 18 total attacks (.444 hitting percentage). She also added two assists and two blocks. 

Against University of Chicago on Tuesday (September 26th), a match that the Foresters won 15-6, 5-15, 15-5, 15-5, Lagerman hit .722 (13 kills, zero errors, 18 total attacks). She led the team with eight blocks. 

Lake Forest is currently 9-2 on the season and ranked fourth in the Midwest region.

The Lake Forest College Athletic Department selects a Forester Athlete of the Week each Thursday.
