Coaching Staff 
Booy, originally from Brookfield, Wisconsin, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing in 1987 from UW-Whitewater. Her full-time employment is at Greater Bay Capital in Lincolnshire, Illinois, where she is Vice President of Sales. She also serves as the coordinator of the One Step Closer Basketball and Volleyball Camps during the summer. Her responsibilities include scouting, fund raising, marketing, and day-to-day practice.

Coach Booy is in her 19th season (1989-present) as assistant women's basketball coach at Lake Forest College. Booy has been a part of six conference championship teams (1992, 1994, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2007) and five NCAA Tournament squads (1994, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2007). She has never seen the Foresters win less than 14 games during her 18 years on the Lake Forest sideline and the team's record during her career is 328-100.
