Coaching Staff 
Defensive Line Coach Dale Christensen in his fourth year of his second stint on the Forester coaching staff. Christensen was the offensive line coach for the team in 1995 and now coaches the defensive line. In the last three seasons, the Foresters have had a First-Team All-Midwest Conference defensive lineman, a Second-Teamer and four Honorable Mentions under Christensen's direction. Christensen now has 31 years of coaching experience. His most recent assignment before coming back to Lake Forest was as Head Coach at North Chicago (IL) High School. A former center and linebacker at the University of Colorado himself, all five of Christensen's sons received NCAA Div-I football scholarships. He and his wife, Vicki, live in Libertyville, Illinois.
