LAKE FOREST, IL - Lake Forest College claimed three spots on the six-member All-Midwest Conference South Division Volleyball First Team, as selected by the league's coaches. Senior setter Sarah Frantz (Lake Geneva, WI/Badger) was joined by junior middle blockers Stephanie Reinboldt (McHenry, IL/Marian Central Catholic) and Angela Lagerman (Menomonee Falls, WI/Menomonee Falls). It is the third straight First Team selection for Reinboldt, the second consecutive for Frantz, and the first All-Conference honor for Lagerman. Frantz, who was also named the league's Player of the Year for the second straight season, led the Foresters with 1,132 assists and 48 aces on the season. Frantz added 196 digs (fourth on the squad) and 10 total blocks (zero solo, 10 assists). She appeared in a team-high 95 games. Reinboldt recorded 320 kills with a .345 hitting percentage. She led the team in kills and was second for hitting percentage. In her 90 games, she added 25 aces, 200 digs, and 60 total blocks (18 solo, 42 assists). Lagerman led Lake Forest in hitting percentage (.365) and total blocks
(92). She had 23 solo and 69 assisted blocks. She was second on the squad
with 234 kills.
