Coaching Staff Pat Pistorio Wide Recievers Coach Pat Pistorio is in his third year as the Foresters' wide receivers coach and has served as an assistant at various levels since 1998. Lake Forest wide receivers have earned five All-Midwest Conference selections, including a pair of First Team distinctions, in Pistorio's first two seasons. Three Forester wideouts caught at least 42 passes in 2007 and Dan Carter became the program's all-time leader in receiving yards and touchdowns during Pistorio's time on staff. Pistorio has also spent the last three seasons as an assistant for the Chicago Slaughter of the Continental Indoor Football League. He coordinates the offense and directs the team's wide receivers. The 2009 Slaughter posted a 14-0 record and captured the CIFL Championship. He has also served on the football and track & field staffs at South Elgin High School and Larkin High School as well as the wrestling staff at South Elgin. Prior to working at the high school level, Pistorio spent three seasons at Southern Illinois University. During his playing days Pistorio captained the football, wrestling, and track & field teams at Larkin High School. He graduated from Southern Illinois in 2002 and added a master's degree from the University of Phoenix in 2006.
