Homework 1 is due on Friday September 2. Homework 1 has 8 normal problems and a BONUS problem. Each problem is worth 1 point. For a perfect HW score, you need 6 points per homework assignment. If you solve extra problems, then they can make up for problems not solved in other homework assignments. The Bonus problem counts as extra credit for the overall grade instead of part of the HW grade.
